Events along the way

Alright, so obviously we made it to Telluride otherwise I probably wouldn't be making these posts as I'd either be dead from taking mountain turns too fast or worse, like stuck in jail for wreckless driving... Anyways, if you check out my pictures:

and then look at the road trip images, you'll see the little run-in we had with the police. Mike of course always manages to get out of these things while I would have been slapped with a $4,500 ticket and they would have impounded my car. But I'm not bitter, honestly. Wishing bad things unto others doesn't make me bitter, does it?

So we've been working for my father, cleaning up the back rooms of his gallery, trying not to puke from the smell of vomit and rotting leftovers (which he claims is all just the rich smell of French cheese). We put a bunch of jewelry on ebay and we're going to setup a website sometime today or tomorrow. Mike and I need to earn enough money to pay for our Power-Watches. Got lots on my plate, and I'm the type to eat everything I take so there is a long road ahead of me. Take care!

ROAD TRIP!

At 6am tomorrow morning I will be loading the car and driving across the country with my best friend Mike to Telluride, Colorado. I'm taking as much stuff as I should have taken to college the first time. While in this case it seems like a lot, it really isn't much considering I don't need anything more. Laptop, clothes, camera, that's about it. I will still be able to update my site from wherever I may go, but alas, my journey must begin. Finally I'm getting the ball rolling; out of this town of stagnant stale water, on to a life of momentum and change.

Quit working, build a car and ROAD TRIP!

I quit work today. I decided I didn't want to continue slaving away under the hot sun for 40-year-old ex-con that still lives with his parents. I know, I know, my anceastors could deal and so should I... but HEY! at least Pharaoh didn't live in his mom and dad's basement while he was ruling Egypt and they were retired...

Anyways, so I spent the day helping out a couple friends build a new box, and really I guess that's what this post is about. So, here's a link to some pictures of our work. The car looks pretty sweet if you ask me; even if those blue LEDs in the front piss me off...

Here are the pics for Luke's car:

Bloggin': See narcissism

Blogger.com was kind enough to host my very own web log, or Blog, to get with the internet lingo. Anyways, thought this might be a good way to keep the world informed on my day to day (good lord) or rather, month-to-month experiences...
