HTML - How To Masterbate Licentiously... what?

I got sick and tired of not knowing how to actually make a webpage. So yesterday I went to my local second-hand store and picked up some HTML tutorial from '95. I believe it was titled "A Guide to HTML 2". Wow... Anyways, it served its purpose.
