Plans, as if I have any...
Once again it's been quite a while since I have updated this thing. I'm not sorry to say I've actually been somewhat busy. Working on my father's website, helping out in the gallery, and then there's the whole driving-back-to-Beloit-to-vote thing. That definitely took some time. I ended up staying in the Midwest for two weeks before heading back again, however. I eagerly accepted my first "Bible Quiz". Oh boy! Quick! What was the name of Moses's sister?!
In any event, I'm now back in Telluride. I got in the night of the 16th after spending two days on the road. It was much more relaxing then when I had driven out with Mike during the summer. Then it was all about getting to our destination as opposed to enjoying the time on the road. Not that I didn't have fun, it was just more stressful, that's all.
Something very Jewish that I did on the way out, actually, was stop at a couple factory outlet malls. But just stopping at those malls alone doesn't particularly make someone a solid yid. Only looking at the sale racks in the already discounted factory outlet malls, however, definitely brings out the Jew in everyone.
The plan from here on out is rather complicated. I need to get back to Beloit so I will be leaving Telluride this Monday. I'll probably stay a week or so back in Chicago before coming back out. Then I'll probably stay a couple weeks in Telluride (preferably no more than 2) and then I'll be heading out to California. Visit Mikie Taps Nah and maybe a couple relatives. Oh yeah, and Mary's cool too. But don't worry Meg, no one has forgotten about you regardless of what is stated in these pages. That's the plan, Stan. But honestly, who really knows where I'll end up or when. I like to let the wind take me.
